ATW x Phil x Chet Malinow - Salmon

Utilizing the classic Phil Wood Fixed Track Hubs finished with a base of black cerakote and then hand painted by Chet Malinow using 1shot enamel.

We start with an empty shell of the classic high flange track hubs from Phil Wood. The single side fixed option is selected to maximize the surface area that can be painted allowing for a great non-drive side view. Once the shells & lockrings are finished we ship them back to Phil Wood for quality control and final assembly with their Carbonyte bearings.

The next step is to get these into the hands of Chet for painting. Each line is pulled by hand with a brush using 1shot enamel, just like sign painters and pin-stripers do. Each hub is totally unique.

When we get the hubs back after cerakote, assembly & paint we package them into hard-shell, water & air tight cases for safe keeping until you find the perfect rims to lace they to.
